Ma Dou Ling (Fructus Aristolochiae, Birthwort Fruit, Aristolochia Fruit)

- 15g. -clear heat, stop cough

Xing Ren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae, Apricot Seed or Kernel)

- 6g. -promotes lung Qi descent, calms wheezing and stops cough

Niu Bang Zi (Fructus Arctii Lappae, Great Burdock Fruit, Arctium)

Cooking Preparation of Bu Fei E Jiao Tang
This natural medicine Herbal formula generally has E Jiao dry fried with wheat bran and then rolled into balls with Geng Me (non -glutinous Rice) flour. The rest of the ingredients are ground into a fine powder and taken as a draft. The draft and E Jiao balls are then taken together in 3 -6 gram doses.
