When preparing this natural chinese medicine formula equal amounts of each Herbal ingredient should be ground into a fine powder and taken in 9 gram doses with five pieces of Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Recens), one piece of Da Zao (Zizyphi Jujubae), and five to seven leaves of Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis). Boil decoction down from one and a half cups of water down to four fifths of a cup.
