Cooking Preparation of Ding Xian Wan
When preparing this natural chinese Herbal formula all the ingredients should be ground into a fine powder before being rolled into pills. The pills should be made with a decoction made from 120g. of Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 100ml of Zhu Li (Succes Bambusae) and 50ml of ginger juice. The normal dosage for this Herbal formula is 6 grams taken in both the morning and night with warm water.
