Cooking Preparation of Ding Xian Wan
When preparing this natural chinese Herbal formula all the ingredients should be ground into a fine powder before being rolled into pills. The pills should be made with a decoction made from 120g. of Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 100ml of Zhu Li (Succes Bambusae) and 50ml of ginger juice. The normal dosage for this Herbal formula is 6 grams taken in both the morning and night with warm water.

Besides taking this formula to treat Xian Zheng, one may also improve their diet, calms their mind and strengthen their spleen, liver and kidneys to help prevent further attacks.
