Herbal Ingredients of Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang

This formula contains Ba Zheng Tang with the substitution of Rou Gui instead of Bai Zhu

Du Huo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Pubescent Angelica Root, tu -huo)

- 9g. -expel wind damp cold from lower burner, bones and sinews

Xi Xin (Herba Cum Radice Asari, Chinese Wild Ginger, Asarum)

- 6g. -expels wind cold in the channels, sinews and bones and stops pain

Fang Feng (Radix Ledebouriellae, Ledebouriella Root, Siler)

- 6g. -expels wind dampness

Qin Jiao (Radix Gentianae Qinjiao, Gentiana Macrophylla Root, chin -chiu)

- 6g. -relaxes sinews, expels wind dampness

Sang Ji Sheng (Ramulus Sangjisheng, Mulberry Mistletoe Stem, Loranthus)

Cooking Preparation of Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang
Coarsely grind all natural ingredients before starting decoction. Xu Duan may be substituted for Sang Ji Sheng and Dang Shen is usually substituted for Ren Shen (Ginseng Rhizome).
