Herbal Ingredients of Fu Zi Li Zhong Wan

Fu Zi (Radix Lateralis Aconiti Carmichaeli, Root of Szechuan Aconite, Aconite)

- 90g -Pungent, hot, toxic, restore heart and kidney yang, expels cold, warms channels

Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis, Dried Ginger Rhizome, Ginger)

- 90g. -Pungent, hot, restores yang, warms spleen cold, warms lungs, transforms phlegm

Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng, Ginseng Root)

- 90g. -Sweet, bitter, warm, tonify original qi, lung qi, spleen qi, generates fluids, heart qi

Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractyloids Macrocephaelae, Atractylodes (white)(Rhizome)

- 90g. -Bitter, sweet, warm, tonify splee qi, dry dampness, tonify wei qi

Zhi Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, Licorice Root)

- 90g. -Harmonize Herbal formulas, moisten lung, tonify spleen/stomach

Cooking Preparation of Fu Zi Li Zhong Wan
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and then make into small pills with the use of honey (feng mi). Each pill should be 3 grams and each pill should be made into a draft for 1 dosage. 3 dosages per day is recommended on an empty stomach.
