Cooking Preparation of Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan
When preparing this Chinese medicine Herbal formula Bu Gu Zhi should be dry fried with Hei Zhi Ma (black sesame seeds) in order to strengthen the formulas function of nourishing yin. All the herbs within the formula should be ground into a powder and formed into 9 gram pills with honey. The normal dosage is one pill taken in the morning and the other pill taken in the evening always taken with warm salted water.
