- 3g. - clear heat

Dan Dou Chi (Semen sojae Praeparatum, Prepared Soybean)

- 3g. -clear heat

Xing Ren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae, Apricot Seed or Kernel)

- 4.5g. -descends lung Qi

Zhe Bei Mu (Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Thunberg Fritillaria Bulb, Fritillaria)

- 3g. -cools and transforms stagnation (prevents phlegm formation)

Sha Shen (Radix Adenophorae seu Glehniae, Adenophora or Glehnia Root)
