Herbal Ingredients of Shou Tai Wan

Tu Si Zi (Semen Cuscutae Chinensis, Chinese Dodder Seeds, Cuscuta)

- 120g. -tonify kidneys, stabilize and calm fetus

Sang Ji Sheng (Ramulus Sangjisheng, Mulberry Mistletoe stem, Loranthus)

- 60g. -tonify kidneys, stabilize and calm fetus

Xu Duan (Radix Dipsaci Asperi, Japanese Teasel Root, Dipsacus)

- 60g. -tonify kidneys, nourish liver, strengthen bones, calms fetus

E Jiao (Gelatinum Corii Asini, Ass -hide Glue, Gelatin)

- 60g. -nourish yin and blood, calms fetus

 

Cooking Preparation of Shou Tai Wan
When preparing this natural chinese medicine formula the first three ingredients should be ground into a fine powder. The last ingredient (E Jiao) should be dissolved in warm water. The powder and dissolved E Jiao should be combined together and formed into pills. Each dosage should be approximately 6 grams which is taken 2 times per day with a glass of warm water.
