Zhi Shi (Fructus Immaturus Citri Aurantii, Immature Fruit of Bitter Orange)

- 6g. -direct rebellious Qi downwards, relieves focal distention

Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Tematae, Pinellia Rhizome)

- 6g. -dries dampness, expels phlegm, regulate and harmonize middle jiao Qi

Chen Pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Tangerine Peel, Citrus)
