Wu Mei (Fructus Pruni Mume, Mume Fruit)

24 -30g -eliminate roundworms due to sour properties

Chuan Jiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli Bungeani, Szechuan Pepper Fruit)

1.5 -3g. -expel parasites, warms intestines

Xi Xin (Herba cum Radice Asari, Chinese Wild Ginger, Asarum)

1.5 -3g. -expels parasites, warms intestines, promotes yang Qi movement

Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis, Coptis Rhizome)

Cooking Preparation of Wu Mei Wan
When preparing this chinese medicine Herbal formula the chief ingredient Wu Mei (mume fruit) should be soaked in vinegar overnight before being pitted and mashed for it's use. All the ingredients should be ground into a powder and dried before being rolled into pills using honey (Feng Mi). This TCM Herbal formula should be taken in 9 gram doses with warm water 1 -3 times per day.
