Herbal Ingredients of Xiao Jian Zhong Tang

Yi Tang (Saccharum Granorum, Barley Malt Sugar, Maltose)

- 18 -30g. -tonify middle jiao, alleviates spasmodic pain

Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi Cassiae, Saigon Cinnamon, Cassia Twig)

- 9g. -warms middle jiao, expels cold, harmonize ying and wei Qi levels

Bai ShaoYao (Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae, White Peony Root, Peony)

- 18g. -harmonize ying and wei Qi levels

Zhi Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, Licorice Root)

- 6g. -alleviates abdominal spasmodic pain, harmonizes middle jiao

When preparing this natural medicine Herbal formula do not use cane sugar as a substitute for Yi Tang (Maltose) because the sweet and cold nature of can sugar will do further damage to the middle jiao.
