Cooking Preparation of Zhen Ling Dan
When preparing this natural chinese medicine formula all the Herbal ingredients are ground into a powder except Zhu Shao (Cinnabar). To the ground herbs add 120 grams of ground glutinous rice and water. Form mixture into a pills coating each pills with the last ingredient (Zhu Sha). Take one large Pill (9 -12grams) once a day with water or wine on an empty stomach.
