Cooking Preparation of Zhi Shi Xiao Pi Wan
When preparing this TCM Herbal formula all the ingredients should be ground into a fine powder and rolled in small pills. This natural Herbal formula should be taken in 6 -9 gram doses with warm water. Dang Shen is generally used to replace the more expensive Ren Shen using 2x the suggested dosage.
