Herbal Ingredients of Si Wu Tang

Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Glutinosae Conguitae, cooked Rehmannia)

- 9 -21g. -tonify liver and kidneys, nourish yin and blood

Bai ShaoYao (Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae, WhitePeony Root, Peony)

- 9 -15g. -nourish blood, preserves the yin

Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root, tang -kuei)

- 9 -12g. -tonify and invigorate blood

Chuan Xiong (Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong, Szechuan Lovage Root, Enidium)

- 3 -6g. -invigorate blood, promote Qi movement, alleviates pain

 

Cooking Preparation of Si Wu Tang
When preparing this natural medicine formula coarsely grind equal amounts of all Herbal ingredients into decoction and take 9 gram doses in draft form. The most effective time to take Si Wu Tang is before meals.
