Shan Zha (Fructus Crataegi, Hawthorn Fruit, Crataegus)

- 9 -15g. -reduces food stagnation due to meat and fatty foods

Shen Qu (Massa Fermentata, Medicated Leaven, Shen -chu)

- 9 -12g. -reduces food stagnation due to alcohol and food

Lai Fu Zi (Semen Raphani Sativi, Radish Seeds, Raphanus)

- 6 -9g. -clears phlegm due to grains, brings Qi downwards

Chen Pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Tangerine Peel, Citrus)

- 6 -9g. -regulates Qi, clears stagnation

Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Tematae, Pinellia Rhizome)

- 9 -12g. -regulates Qi, clears stagnation, eliminates phlegm

Fu Ling (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos, China -root, Poria, Hoelen)

Cooking Preparation of Bao He Wan
When preparing this natural Herbal formula all the herbs must be ground into a fine powder and formed into pills with water. Generally doses of 6 -9 grams are taken 2 times per day with a glass of warm water.
