Cooking Preparation of Da Bu Yin Wan
This natural Herbal formula was traditionally prepared by grinding all the Herbal ingredients into a fine powder and cooked with pigs vertebrae marrow and formed into pills with honey. Today the normal dosage is 6 -9 grams taken twice a day with salted water.
