Lian Zi Also Known As: Lotus Seed, Lian Zi. Nelumbo nucifera.

Properties: SWEET, ASTRINGENT - NEUTRAL

Dosage: 6-15g.

Meridians/Channels: HEART, KIDNEY, SPLEEN

  • tonify and binds spleen - stops chronic diarrhea
  • tonify kidneys - stop leucorrhea and spermatorrhea
