Fu Ling (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos, China -root, poria, Hoelen)

Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi Cassiae, Cinnamon, Cassia Twig)

- 9g. -warms yang, promotes water metabolism, regulates Qi movement downwards

Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractyloids Macrocephaelae, White Atractylodes Rhizome)

- 6g. -promotes transformation and transportation functions of the spleen, dries dampness

Zhi Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, Honey Fried Licorice Root)
