Si Jun Zi Tang:

Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng, Ginseng Root)

- 1000g -tonify spleen Qi

Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractyloids Macrocephaeiae, Atractylodes (white) Rhizome)

- 1000g. -tonify spleen, dry dampness

Fu Ling (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos, China -root, Poria, Hoelen)

Zhi Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, Licorice Root)

- 1000g. -tonify Qi, harmonize

Cooking Preparation of Shen Ling Bai Zhu San
This natural medicine formula is generally prepared using one one -hundredth of the indicated dosage above. Dang Shen (Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae) is usually substituted for Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) due to the expense of the herbs.
