Sheng Ma Also Known As: Black Cohosh Rhizome, Bugbane Rhizome, American Veratrum, American White Hellebore, Bugbane, Devil's Bite, Earth Gall, False Hellebore, Green Hellebore, Green Veratrum, Indian Poke, Itchweed, Tickleweed, Veratro Verde. Veratrum viride.

Properties: PUNGENT, SWEET - COOL

Dosage: 1.5-9g.
