Xing Ren Also Known As: Apricot Seed, Amygdaloside, Apricots, Armeniaca, Chinese Almond, Laetrile, Madelonitrile, Vitamin B17. Prunus armeniaca.

Properties: BITTER - WARM - TOXIC

Historically, laetrile, the semi-synthetic derivative of amygdalin constituent, has been fraudulently acclaimed as a cancer treatment. In manufacturing, apricot oil is used in cosmetics or as a vehicle for pharmaceutical preparations.
