Zi Shi Ying  Also Known As: shi ying, fluorite

Properties: SWEET - WARM

Dosage: 6 - 15g

Meridians/Channels: HEART, LIVER

  • Sedate the heart and settles tremors and palpations for heart blood deficiency or liver yang rising patterns
  • Warms the lung and directs Qi downwards for cough or wheezing due to lung deficiency
  • Warm the womb for excessive menstration, irregular uterine bleeding and inferility

Caution: Not to be used with Fu Zi according to some traditional sources.
