Premature Ejaculation Diagnosis:

Ejaculation early or before sexual activity begins.  This condition is also known as rapid climax, early ejaculation or rapid ejaculation. 

Possible Definititions of Premature Ejaculation:

1- ejaculating before your partner orgasms in more than 50% of sexual encounters (Masters and Johnson)

2- ejaculation within 2 minutes of penetration 

(later studies have shown that approximatley 75% of men ejaculate within 2 minutes of penetration)

3- lack of ejaculatory control interfering with sexual or emotional well-being.  

Overall most men experience Premature Ejaculation more than once in their lifetime.
